About AIBodyLab

AIBodyLab publishes evidence-first reviews of AI wearables: smart rings, AI glasses, AI recorders, and similar personal hardware. Our reviews are built on what owners actually measured — including firsthand reports from owner communities outside the English-speaking web, where many of these devices ship first and are used at scale long before English reviews appear.

Our method

• Source mining. We collect firsthand user reports from large owner communities, including non-English platforms, and cross-reference them with published reviews.
• Numbers over adjectives. Every claim carries a figure, a scene, and who it matters to. Single-source numbers are always flagged as such.
• Verdicts with edges. Every review states who should not buy the product. If we can't find a dealbreaker, we haven't looked hard enough.
• Stated limits. User-reported figures are not lab measurements. We label sources, sample sizes, and dates on every chart.
